Payments & refunds
When online payments are enabled, checkout is completed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Contact Rockmoor to request a cancellation or refund; cancelling a sample reservation does not send money.
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider. Paid bookings and refunds are handled by the Rockmoor team; online checkout currently collects the full stay total.
