Please review these rules before your stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and checkout is at 11 AM, in the property’s local time.

Check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 11 AM.
Care for the property
Respect the unit’s amenities, utilities and furnished items so all guests can enjoy the accommodation.
No parties
No parties in the unit. Parties may result in immediate removal.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours are 10 PM–6 AM.
Trash
Place trash outside during valet pickup hours and in the designated bin to avoid missed service. Hours are listed on the trash receptacle or communicated to the guest.
No smoking or vaping
The apartment and surrounding site are smoke-free. No smoking or vaping in or around the unit. A $300 fine applies.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is as listed on the accommodation.
Stay form, identification and screening
Guests must complete the RGS stay form and provide valid photo ID. Screening is required for extended stays.
Furniture and decor
Do not move furniture or decor, to avoid damage or injury.
Windows and doors
Close and lock all windows and doors when you check out.
Key fob and parking pass
Leave the key fob and parking pass when departing to avoid fees. A $150 replacement fine applies.
Report problems
Report any damage or issue to your host immediately so the team can assist with a speedy resolution.

Your stay agreement is with RGS Corporate Housing, not the apartment complex. Direct maintenance requests and any concerns to the RGS team.
